Vigilance Awareness Week

Malla Reddy Technical Campus, A Constituent Unit of Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) has been established Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) under Ministry of Human Resource and Development (MHRD)-Innovation Cell, Govt. of India. Under this initiative, An Event on “Vigilance Awareness Week” was organized at MRTC from 27.10.2025 to 02.11.2025. 

The address focused on,

• How corruption  continues to be a major obstacle in economic, political and social development of the country.
• The government, citizens all need to do their bit to get rid of corruption from all walks of life from our country. 
• To achieve this, all citizens need to be vigilant and commit themselves to standards of honesty and integrity at all times to support the fight against corruption. 
• Observance of the Vigilance Awareness Week every year is part of the multi-pronged approach of the Central Vigilance Commission.

The pledge taken by employees and students of the University is as follows:

• I believe that corruption has been one of the major obstacles to economic, political and social progress of our country.
•  We believe that all stakeholders such as Government, citizens and the private sector need to work together to eradicate corruption. 
• We realize that every citizen should be vigilant and commit to the highest standards of honesty and integrity at all times and supports the fight against corruption.
