77th Republic Day Celebration

The 77th Republic Day was celebrated with great patriotism and enthusiasm at Malla Reddy Technical Campus, A Constituent Unit of Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) on 26th January 2026 at 08.00 A.M. to 10.30 A.M.

       The event commenced with a warm welcome extended to all the attendees. HOD’s, Faculty members, academic and administrative staff, support staff and workers were present to mark the occasion.

     The celebration began with a student parade, where student volunteers marched in perfect discipline, showcasing unity, coordination and respect for the nation. The parade reflected the values of dedication and national pride among the students.

     This was followed by the Flag Hoisting Ceremony, where Dr. M. Ajay Kumar, HOD-ECE hoisted the National Flag. The National Anthem was sung by all the participants, filling the atmosphere with a sense of patriotism and pride.

     After the flag hoisting, HOD’s, Faculty and students delivered speeches highlighting the significance of Republic Day, the importance of the Indian Constitution and the responsibilities of citizens in building a strong and inclusive nation. The speeches reflected students’ awareness of democratic values and national integrity.

      The programme continued with cultural performances, including patriotic songs and group dances depicting India’s freedom struggle and constitutional values. These performances were well appreciated by the audience and effectively conveyed the spirit of unity in diversity.

      The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the management, faculty members, student participants and organizing committee for making the event a grand success. 

       The Republic Day celebration inspired everyone to uphold the values of the Constitution and contribute positively to the nation’s progress.
