Robotics Workshop

The Robotics Workshop was organized by Malla Reddy Technical Campus, A Constituent Unit of Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) in collaboration with NIAT (Nextwave Institute of Advanced Technologies) on 31th October 2025 at 10.30 A.M.

To provide students with practical exposure to the field of robotics and intelligent systems. The session aimed to help students understand how robots are designed, controlled and applied in real-world scenarios through live demonstrations and interactive learning.

Understanding Robotics and Robot Functionality

During the workshop, students were introduced to the fundamentals of robotics, including robot components, sensors, actuators, control mechanisms and programming logic. The session emphasized how robots perceive their environment, process information and perform tasks autonomously or semi-autonomously.

Live Demonstrations and Student Engagement

As part of the workshop, advanced robotic systems such as a Robo Dog and other robotic equipment were showcased. These live demonstrations allowed students to observe how robots respond to commands, maintain balance, detect obstacles and perform movements in real time. The hands-on interaction helped students clearly understand the working principles behind robotic systems

Impact on Students

The workshop enhanced students’ curiosity and understanding of automation, robotics applications and emerging technologies. It encouraged analytical thinking, improved conceptual clarity and inspired students to explore robotics-based learning and innovation.

Overall, the Robotics Workshop provided valuable experiential learning, bridging theoretical concepts with practical demonstrations and motivating students to engage with future-ready technologies.
